Senses and Textures
This workshop looks at our 5 senses and encourages the children to use them to learn more about the animals.
It also looks at the animals senses. How they see, hear, smell and sense the world around them.
Watch a snake using his tongue to smell, learn about why animals have whiskers, listen to hear what sound a guinea pig makes.
This is a very hands on session and it gives children of all ages and abilities the opportunity to get up close to, touch and hold the animals whilst learning about each of them.
The workshop contains a minimum of 6 animals.
They Include: Giant African Snail
Rabbit
Snake
Guinea pig
Spider
Giant African Millipede
Fire bellied Toads
